چکیده
The International Joint Conference on Biometrics (IJCB) combines two major biometrics conferences: the IEEE Theory, Applications, and Systems (BTAS) conference (ICB). blending of these conferences happened once every 3 years between 2011 2017. Since 2020 – thanks to a special agreement Council IAPR Technical Committee (TC4) this joint has become an annual event. It represents exciting event for worldwide research community. This Special Issue Transactions Biometrics, Behavior, Identity Science collects extended versions best papers presented in 2021 edition.
